Robert Fraser remarried after the death of Jane Short: on November 1883 at Glasgow he married Alice Graham, daughter of William Graham and Ann Caldwell, born at Kirkmichael, Ayrshire on 25 March 1837. They had no known children and Alice died on 9 January 1910 at Shettleston, Glasgow.
